| Who is a candidate: |
Any patient with thin lips or who is seeking a more youthful appearance can be a candidate for fuller lips. |
| |
|
| Procedure: |
Lip augmentation is usually a long-lasting procedure. Hyaluronic acids are most commonly used, but there are other filler materials. A small needle is used to inject a substance into your lips to make them fuller. Results usually last about eight to ten months, depending on the product used. |

|
| Healing: |
Recovery is usually a few days to allow for any bruising or swelling to subside. |
